  • Steps to Create an Account in Order To Register

    In order to register for classes you must first have an account on our registration software. 

    If you have not created an account on our online registration software yet, please create one by clicking on the Register Online Now! button above. The account must be created under the parent's name and the child has to be added as a participant. Once you have an account created, you will receive an email into your inbox which will ask you to verify your email address. After that you can register for classes or camps, place your child on waiting lists, and receive email notification about registrations and other useful information.

  • Payment Info

    As mentioned above all sessions are 13 weeks long, and the payment can be done by instalments or in full by selecting this option at checkout through the dropdown menu, which can be found underneath the amount. Instalment option fees will be paid in 4 instalments. Therefore, if we must close our facility due to COVID-19 then we will not charge you for the next instalment. By registering you are committing to the full 13 weeks long session.

    NO cancellation will be accepted after there first day of the session (medical note only), for any other cancelation request 1 month notice must be given or a month of classes will be charged.

    When paying with the instalment option, in the 1st payment you will be charged the monthly fee + taxes. The remaining balance will be charged monthly on the 1st of every month.

    If you decide to pay in full, and the facility must close due to Covid-19 the remaining classes will be transformed into credits which can be used for future sign ups.

    All missed classes due to covid-19 shutdowns will be transformed into credits and can be used for future signups or instalment payments. Credits are not redeemable in cash!

    No make up classes for cancelled classes due to weather conditions.

    There will not be any “make-up classes” due to missed / cancelled classes.

    The credit card you enter upon registration will be the card that is charged for the subsequent payments. If you would like to change the credit card you must do so on your Alpha Gymnastics Online Account or call our office to have it changed before the next payment date.

    All athletes registered for classes must pay an annual, non-refundable, $50.00 Ontario Gymnastics Federation Fee ( Valid July 1st – June 30th).

  • Dress Code and Other Info!

    For the recreational program there is no specific dress code as long as the child is dressed for physical activity. That being said, boy’s can come dressed with a t-shirt and shorts, and girls can come dressed with shorts or leggings and a fitted t-shirt or they can wear a gymnastics suit if they have one.

    Please make sure your child’s water bottle is not a general water bottle, to avoid spilling it on the gym floor (any general water bottles will not be permitted at practice). Only REUSABLE water bottles are allowed in the gym (same or similar water bottles as at school).

    If your child has long hair please make sure, it will be tied up in a ponytail prior the beginning of each class.

    Jewelry are not permitted at practice, (medical devices are allowed).

    For the younger children, please have your child wear shoes that are easier to put on. Under no circumstance shoes with shoelaces.
